I am a Ph.D. candidate in Education at the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University; teach school finance as an adjunct professor for Montclair State University’s Graduate School of Education and as a part time lecturer for Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Education; teach school and higher education finance and economics for Fordham University’s Graduate School of Education; serve on three editorial review boards; publish articles, reports, chapters, and books; former school business administrator; earned an MBA in finance and MPA in public administration; and focus my research on education finance and policy, charter schools, community economic development, school business administration, school choice, and equal educational opportunity and equity.
I have three books, for which I serve as co-editor, and author or co-author of several chapters, being published this spring, 2017.
